... it should be called DISABLED Veterans Affairs!!
Just had to post this..... found out today that I cannot get any assistance from the VA because I dont have a service connected disability rating.... so because I was fortunate enough not to get injured when I was in Iraq, the only dental assistance I get is to pay $206 for 3 extractions, with no follow-up-care.... forget the fact that I was exposed to Depleted Uranium rounds on an M1A1 tank...
Every day I find another reason to weep for humanity.....

So you're telling me the tax dollars I paid for you to risk your life for me can't help yours.
HMMM does that seem right. Maybe there's other types of vetern assistance out there. Like homeonwer loans etc. Yeah Yeah I know not what you're looking for right now. This is definately worth investigating. I have a brother that's ex-military maybe he can shed some light!
